They got together 15 years ago to create a band with a higher purpose, while having a ton of fun along the way. They have a huge fan base, called the "Retroites" and even have a T-shirt line!
Well known Bass Guitarist, Clifton Graves, shares the name Retro Band was chosen "as they wanted to play different styles of music that would appeal to a wide variety of musical tastes!" Soon Drummer, Greg Harvey, and a few others brought Retro Band to life.
Along the way the two began to add members, not just any members, but those who were like-minded musicians coming from different backgrounds.
Vocalist, Adrena Harvey adds the Gospel and Jazz flavor, while Jenna Bengal gives the Country and Soul vibe.The band knew it needed a well rounded, hard rocking, Guitar player, so they picked up Jordan Young. The next must have, was an awesome Keyboard player, and along came Randy Mitchel. Randy has an extensive background in all genres. Last but not least is the Retro Band Horn section. Their fire Horn line consists of Todd Runyon, Brad Landess, Johnathan Hayes, and Jason Bauer. This group shapes the well rounded flavor to make the crowd get up off their seats!
