Cory Luetjen & The Blues Band Plays Foot Tapping Tunes That Will Get You on the Dance Floor! 

This Multi-Award-Winning band is one of the hardest-working bands out there, playing over 250 events a year! Cory Luetjen is a businessman and a well-versed singer-songwriter and guitarist. Picking up the guitar when he was 15 years old, he got a late start at it. However, by cutting his teeth at local Piedmont North Carolina area blues jams, he quickly gained a vast knowledge of the blues. While in his early & mid 20's, he toured nationally with country acts, gaining valuable experience in that genre as well. Rounding out his talents on guitar are his ripping slide guitar licks. His exposure to beach music was something that happened while he was a radio DJ at a local station. He is the singer, frontman, and songwriter of the Traveling Blues Band.

Meet the Band:

Jonathan "Toots" Link - Soulful Sax Player 
Jonathan found his love of music starting in 5th grade and knew starting middle school that he wanted to play the saxophone. No one else in his family had been musically inclined. He continued learning, practicing, and playing at every opportunity all through high school, winning several awards in his journey. Jonathan has performed with many top 40 and beach bands on a professional level on all occasions. He is an endorsed artist with REMIC Microphones. Cory and Jonathan met at an open jam one-night several years ago. Jonathan had been looking for a band home and found it in Cory Luetjen & The Traveling Blues Band.

Todd Grubb - Drummer 
Plucked out of West "By God" Virginia and ran out of gas in the Carolinas to call it home! Toured internationally in the 80s throughout Russia, Romania, and Austria with a jazz ensemble before settling into classic rock and before seeing the light and playing Blues with Cory Leutjen and the TBB!! Influences throughout the years range from Buddy Rich to Alex Van Halen and of course Animal of the muppets!!  Loves the rush of adrenaline that a great show brings, all while keeping the beat and rhythm together!!

Rob Dolehanty - Bass 
Bass player for like life!! Originally hailing from Michigan turned southerner in NC. He has been a musician for most of his life, enjoys all genres of music matters not, it's in the soul. Musical influences John Entwistle of the Who, John Paul Jones from Led Zeppelin and so many more.

This high-energy, crowd-pleasing, and foot-tapping band plays all over the country, recently playing in Alaska at SALMONFEST 2022!  Their brand of high energy brings a charismatic mix of Originals, Blues, Beach, Mo-town, and Classic Rock Tunes You Know and Love that guarantees a good time!
